   2. Account Security and Responsibility

   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibaji account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. ibaji will treat any action taken using your account credentials as authorised by you, unless you have notified ibaji support in writing that your account has been compromised. You must use a strong, unique password for your ibaji account and must not share your login credentials with any other person. ibaji is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

   3. Deposits

   ibaji accepts deposits exclusively via approved Bangladesh mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your ibaji wallet promptly upon confirmation of payment from the relevant mobile banking provider. ibaji does not accept cash deposits, international credit or debit card payments, or cryptocurrency. All funds deposited must belong to you — depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods not registered in your name is prohibited. ibaji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits that appear unusual or that exceed certain thresholds.

   4. Withdrawals

   Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds before withdrawing; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance; (c) withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit, to prevent money laundering; (d) ibaji may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal if such verification has not been completed previously; (e) standard withdrawal processing time is up to 15 minutes during normal operating hours, though ibaji makes no guarantee of a specific processing time. Withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation where ibaji has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on an account.

   5. Bonuses and Promotions

   ibaji offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise: (a) bonuses are credited to your ibaji wallet at ibaji's discretion and are subject to availability; (b) all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn; (c) bonus funds and real-money funds are kept separately in your ibaji wallet — real-money funds are used first unless the specific promotion terms indicate otherwise; (d) ibaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice; (e) any attempt to abuse bonuses, exploit promotional mechanics, or engage in bonus abuse (including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer) will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings, and may result in account closure.

   6. Prohibited Conduct

   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ibaji and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities: (a) using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform; (b) colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; (c) using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity; (d) providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification; (e) accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited; (f) threatening, harassing, or abusing ibaji staff or other players; (g) attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of the Platform.

   7. Intellectual Property

   All content on the ibaji Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, and all other materials — is the property of ibaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ibaji content without ibaji's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of ibaji's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

   8. Privacy and Data Protection

   ibaji collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ibaji.asia/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ibaji uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. ibaji will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. ibaji may share data with relevant regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by law or necessary to detect and prevent fraud.

   9. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ibaji's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ibaji account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ibaji is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, or third-party service outages beyond ibaji's reasonable control; (d) losses arising from your breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits ibaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

   10. Account Suspension and Termination

   You may close your ibaji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered mobile banking account after any applicable verification checks are completed. ibaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: (a) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse; (b) the player is found to be under 21 years of age; (c) the player has provided false registration information; (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ibaji; (e) the player has breached these Terms in any material respect. Where an account is closed by ibaji for cause, ibaji reserves the right to retain any balance pending investigation.
